Cory Seelenfreund
Cory was a high school student at New Rochelle High School in New York when we worked together. We worked together over the summers of 2024 and 2025 as part of the New Rochelle Science Research Program.
His 2024 project was titled ``Strategy Dynamics Related to Memory and Selfishness,’’ and his 2025 project focused on the role of information in the evolution of cooperation.
Cory is currently enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
2024
Cory won first prize in Mathematics at the Regeneron Westchester Science & Engineering Fair, which qualified him for the prestigious International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). At ISEF, he again won first prize in Mathematics and additionally received the ``Peggy Scripps Award for Science Communication,’’ one of the top awards across all disciplines. This award included a $10,000 scholarship to support his future tuition.
2025
Cory won third prize in Mathematics at the Regeneron Westchester Science & Engineering Fair.
